A delicious, delicate cow’s milk cheese made by Julie at her small dairy in Suffolk. Made using milk from a herd of Montbeliarde cows, a breed of cow who’s milk is perfect for this style of cheese. You’ll find a rich, dense, unctuous flavour followed by a gentle freshness which resonates from it’s lactic core.

Unpasteurised and made using a traditional rennet.
