  • We recommend always leaving a two day window before your delivery is needed. As an example, if your order is needed for the weekend, we recommend arranging the delivery day for Wednesday.

    We use Parcel Force and CSM Logistics to complete all of our UK mainland mail orders. Because we are using a third party, we cannot guarantee the arrival day of your order. In most instances this isn’t an issue and our experience with Parcel Force has always been a good one. However, anomalies do occur and  when this does happen we will work with you and do our best to iron out any hiccups which may have occurred. 

    Your order will be sent in a cardboard box which includes biodegradable poly chips (pop them in the sink and run water over them, they dissolve instantly!). We find these work best to help protect the products and act as an insulator while you order is in transit.

    The tape we use to seal the box is paper and therefore recyclable.

    We will also supply an ice pack to ensure your cheese in kept chilled which is reusable. 

  • Parcel Force have a wonderfully efficient tracking system.

    Once your order is placed you will receive email notifications and text messages updating you on your parcels progress. They also offer a 2 hour delivery window (this varies at busy times of year). If you, via the app and tracking system change the time and date of the delivery of the order, we cannot then help in tracking the order. It has become your responsibility.

    When entering delivery instructions and options, please be as clear and concise as possible. If you are not in to receive the parcel, please ensure that a safe place or suitable instructions have been left for the driver. If they are not clear or if the drivers deems the safe place as unsuitable he/she will take the order back to the depot, we are not responsible for your order at this point.

    Please do get in touch and we will try and work with you and Parcel Force to get to the bottom of the issue, but cannot be held accountable at this point for any miss-delivery. We strongly recommend being there to receive and sign for your parcel.

    All of our orders are sent out for next day delivery, between 7am and 5.30 pm (varies at busier times of year), if you need a timed delivery please get in touch and this can be arranged. There is a higher cost associated with this. The order is your responsibility once we have accepted the order and received the complete payment. We will organise the delivery to the address you provide, with any instructions you supply. Any changes you make are your responsibility.

    Please provide a suitable contact number. This is essential if your driver needs to contact you about your order. If you do not provide a telephone number, we are not responsible for your order if the driver needs to contact you.

    It is the customer responsibility to provide the correct address. If the correct address isn’t supplied, we are not responsible for the items or offer any returns or compensation at this point. The name, address and all details must be filled out completely and correctly.

    If any information isn’t correct or completed to the satisfactory level we are not responsible for any returns or refunds or tracking of your items.

  • We don’t not accept returns on any of our items as they are all a perishable good.

    If you have any issues with your order, please get in touch and we will be happy to discuss items through with you.

    In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in transit or an issue has arisen, please take photos to help us better understand the issue you may be encountering. We will only be able to discuss your issue if we can see photo’s as evidence.

    We will at times make substitutions on the rare occasion we run low on a certain cheese. We will make the best substitution based on flavour and style.

    If you have any dietary requirements please let us know when the initial order is placed and we will make substitutions based on this. If no information is provided we will make the best possible substitution based on flavour and style. No returns or refunds will be processed if no specific dietary requirements aren’t provided.

  • Once you cheese have arrived, please unpack straight away and refrigerate.

    Before serving, we recommend allowing you cheese to reach room temp at a slow and gentle rate.
