Made by David Jowett at King Stone Dairy in Gloucestershire, this is a rich delicious wash rind cheese wrapped in spruce, giving the cheese a distinctive herbaceous flavour. Comparable to a Reblochon and Vacherin Mont D’Or, it’s soft and silky. Not to be missed!
