A bloomy rind-ripened ash-coated goat’s milk cheese made in East Sussex by the Blunt family. Starting out fudgy in the centre, Golden Cross becomes increasingly soft underneath the rind, making for a more complex, creamy and peppery finish, while keeping its dense, smooth centre. A brilliant cheese at every stage, and a real shop favourite.
