Pitchfork Cheddar - Pitchfork is a traditional unpasteurised Cheddar which has a beautiful complex flavour with a mellow lactic tang and long notes suggesting citrus on the finish. Made with unpasteurised milk and traditional animal rennet.

Bath Blue - A Stilton inspired cheese, handmade on Kelston Park farm just outside Bath on the Padfield family farm using milk from their own herd. Former winner of the World Cheese Awards. It has a semi-soft texture with flavour of butter and bold blueing.

Rollright - An unctuous soft cow’s milk cheese made by David Jowett at King Stone Dairy in Gloucestershire, Rollright is brine-washed and wrapped in a spruce bark, giving it beautiful herbaceous notes, which complement the rich, silky texture. Pasteurised and traditional rennet.

Lamb Leer - A gorgeous bloom-rinded sheep’s milk cheese made by Homewood based in Ubley, this is a fresh, creamy and crumbly one, with a pleasingly salty finish.

Minimum weight is 950g.
