A seasonal raw milk Wensleydale, made by hand using milk from a small herd of Yorkshire native Northern Dairy Shorthorn cows that graze on traditional wildflower meadows. 

An unexpectedly soft and creamy cheese with an earthy rind, making for a long, complex and layered finish. Stonebeck was inspired by a pre-WWII recipe.
