Made by Westcombe Dairy, this is one of the UK’s best Caerphillys. Wonderful grass-like tones with a soft chocolate note at certain times of year, which swaps to a subtle mushroom note depending on the season. Caerphilly is one of the styles of cheese in which you can really see the wonderful seasonal variation, which we love and champion.
Made using the farm’s unpasteurised milk from their herd of Holstein - Friesian.
Ingredients: unpasteurised cow’s milk, salt, animal rennet, starter cultures.
