Made by Westcombe Dairy, this is one of the UK’s best Caerphilly’s. Wonderful grass like tones with a soft chocolate note at certain times of year, which swaps to a subtle mushroom note depending on the season. Caerphilly is one of the styles of cheese in which you can really see the wonderful seasonal variation, which we love and champion.
Made using the farms unpasteurised milk from their herd of Holstein - Friesian. Traditional animal rennet is used as is traditional with this cheese and this style of cheese.
