This cheese is delicious and distinctive. Made in Ditcheat in Somerset and collected by ourselves on a bi-weekly basis, this is a hard oak smoked cheese made using a local, organic buffalo milk. Incredibly smooth consistency and distinct flavour, this cheese lends itself perfectly as an unusual addition to any cheeseboard, or used in cooking. Perfect with lasagne or added to a cheese sauce, fantastic on top of burgers too.
Ingredients: pasteurised buffalo’s milk, salt, vegetarian rennet, starter cultures.
