This is a delicious brie made in Suffolk by Fen Farm Dairy. A Brie-de-Meaux style cheese made with milk from the farm's herd of Montbeliarde cows. It has a smooth silky texture and a golden curd, with long lasting warm earth, farmyard and mushroom flavours. Made using a traditional animal rennet.
