Wilding Stoke Red Cider
Rural method, single variety cider from Wilding Cider. Single variety, naturally sweet cider made from Stoke Red apples from the Abbot’s Leigh Orchard, which was planted in 1951 - the old trees lend themselves to a really expressive cider. The Rural method captures some of the natural sweetness which balances well with the acid and tannins.
This one pairs brilliantly with our Pitchfork Cheddar.
Serve lightly chilled, not too cold.
750ml, 3.9% ABV
No additives. May contain naturally occurring sulphites.
