Sparkling blended cider comprised of an assortment of bittersweet varieties all from Wilding’s orchard. Fresh fruits such as gooseberry, pineapple and green apple, with light but present tannins. Varieties include Court de Wyck, Foxwhelp, Kingston Black and Porter's Perfection. As well as these acid led varieties the blend is comprised with an assortment of bittersweet varieties all from the one orchard.
A pet nat style, it's excellent as an aperitif with its acidity but can also be paired with hearty food owing to the light level of tannin. We’ve found it pairs brilliantly with soft, fresh cheeses, such as Finn, Eggleston and Sinodun Hill!

No additives. May contain naturally occurring sulphites.
