Medium-dry sparkling fine cider, with a delicate sparkle from Ditcheat Hill overlooking the wide Brue valley. Notes of light fruit from red apple to lemons and strawberries, with elegant tannins with some freshness from the acidity. 2023’s blend is drier than previously, lending itself brilliantly to pairing with cheese. We’ve found it goes particularly well with Appleby’s Cheshire.
Apple varieties include Browns, Yarlington Mill, Ashton Brown Jersey, Sweet Coppin, Harry Masters Jersey and Dove.
