Westcombe Smoked, a delicious smoked option of Westcombe Traditional Cheddar. Beech smoked for 48 hours, originally in a smoker which was a converted phone box!
Wonderful, bonfire like notes with the balanced fullness of the cheese to follow on the palate. Another great addition to a cheese board, or on the BBQ with burgers.
Unpasteurised. Traditional rennet.
