It’s unusual to find a mixed-milk cheese in the UK, but we are delighted to offer such a thing! Made by Hugh and Pip Stables in Failand, Bristol, using milk from their small herd of sheep and goats to a traditional Wensleydale recipe, Tintern is creamy, light and acidic with notes of fresh apricot.

Made with unpasteurised sheep’s and goat’s milk, using traditional rennet.
