Tamoshanta Cider

£11.00

Based in the cider heartland of Somerset, Pilton make an exciting range of whole juice ciders, using the bittersweet cider apples that grow in traditional orchards around the parish of Pilton. Using the artisan method of keeving to transform the juice into unique naturally sweet ciders, with different yeasts, other fruits and barrel-aging techniques to create their varied selection of small batch drinks.

Naturally sweet Somerset cider, partially fermented in scotch whisky barrels from Speyside.

Soft, fruity and sweet with gentle vanilla tannins and a delicate smokey finish. Tamoshanta is great served chilled, and pairs wonderfully with Somerset Cheddar, such as Montgomery.
