Medium, still, rural method cider made by Rob Stockley using hand-picked apples from a single Dorset village. A real celebration of seasonality & locality. Autumnal cider with notes of brandy, caramel & straw.
The blend is predominantly Kingston Black and Tom Putt and also includes Yarlington Mill, Slack Ma Girdle, Dunkerton's Late Sweet, Somerset Redstreak and Buttery Dor.
