St Elizabeth

from £15.00

We’re delighted to introduce this new washed rind sheep’s milk cheese made by Nicola Robinson in Cumbria, who is using her own unique homemade starter cultures. We celebrate the fact that no two batches of this cheese will taste the same. This means that it can truly reflect what is happening on the farm where the sheep are milked.

The texture can vary between a buttery softness to a firmer paste. We have found many different flavours expressed through the milk. These include tasting notes such as malt, meaty flavours, white chocolate and even truffle at times.

It is a modern great.
