Nominally referred to as minimal intervention, respecting the great heritage and traditions of the past but with an eye to innovating for the future, Oliver’s mill and press great fruit that are then exposed to marauding and hungry wild yeasts and part-blended and bottled.
Cheddar on my Mind is a succulent, juicy orange citrus cider. A blend of Yarlington Mill with and tangy Foxwhelp cider with a splash of barrel aged Michelin / Bisquet gives it real depth. Off-dry and 6%, this is a great cider for traditional farmhouse cheeses - not least Cheddar! Try it with Montgomery or Westcombe.
