Made by the folks at Lyburn Farm, near Salisbury, this 18-month-aged gouda is distinctively nutty, with an incredible crunch and a hint of sharpness on the finish. A brilliant table cheese, Old Winchester also works beautifully as a parmesan alternative in the kitchen!
Ingredients: pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, lysozyme (egg protein), vegetarian rennet, starter cultures.
