A washed rind, Jersey cows milk cheese made by Montgomery's in North Cadbury, Somerset. Sweet, slightly pungent and nutty, a West Country Raclette style cheese that melts beautifully. Made using traditional animal rennet. At the Bristol Cheesemonger we sell the raw milk version of this cheese whenever possible.
