Sparkling medium fine cider made from handpicked ripe bittersweet and bittersharp apples grown in the unsprayed orchards of Polly & Mat in the Exe Valley. Varieties include Medaille D’Or, Harry Masters Jersey, Broad Leaf Norman, and various unknown varieties, including numerous russeted dessert apples.
Vibrant, and aromatic, you’ll find notes of pineapple, balanced by a freshly squeezed lime acidity and an amaro-like bitter herbal finish.
