Ingredients: brown sugar, roasted peppers, blend of vinegars (cider, balsamic), garlic, black garlic, pectin, fermented bird’s eye chilli, salt.
Mala Mango Chilli Jam - On the slightly spicier end, this is beautifully sweet and pairs really well with blue cheeses.

Salted Pineapple Chilli Jam - this was inspired by Thai street vendors who serve fresh fruit with a sprinkle of salt and chilli for a vibrant and more refreshing layered flavour. It’s sweet, sticky, gently spicy and smoky.
