Sparkling Red WIne
Made using 100% Rondo grapes. It has flavours of crushed berries, blackberry and rhubarb. Scents of raspberry and sage. Extra brut
Sparkling White Wine
Made using 100% Seyval Blanc grapes. Fresh, fruity and with a delicate fizz Bottled in 2019 then aged on lees for 11 months to increase complexity. Only 500 bottles disgorged.
