Dorstone
Dorstone is a wonderful fresh, zesty soft goat cheese by Neal’s Yard Creamery who are based in Dorstone Herefordshire. Made using a local pasteurised goats milk and a traditional kid rennet as opposed to calf rennet, the cheese maker feels this lends the cheese a more considered flavour. This ash dusted goat cheese has a beautiful rind and equally beautiful flavour. One of our absolute favourites!
