A delicious, vibrant blue cheese made by the Bath Soft Cheese Company. Handmade to a traditional Stilton recipe in small batches on Kelston Park Farm, it has a softer texture than Stilton and a citrusy note on the palate. Made using pasteurised, organic cow milk and a traditional animal rennet.
A whole Bath Blue is typically between 7.4 kilos and 8 kilos
A half Bath Blue will be cut at approximately 3.7 kilos
A quarter Bath Blue will be cut at approximately 1.9 kilos
