Aveline
Aveline is a soft, bloomed, ewe milk cheese made in Ubley near Blagdon, Somerset. It has a soft, delicate sweetness. In the winter it is very soft and milky, in the summer it is firmer and stronger in flavour. The cheese has a purposeful hole in the centre to allow and encourage equal ripening. Made using unpasteurised milk and vegetarian rennet. This cheese is supplied as a whole round. Weight may vary.
