Lowfields Lancashire

from £10.50

A beautifully rich, complex and tangy example of this classic territorial with grassy and citrus notes, and a dense crumbly texture. Lowfields Lancashire is made to a traditional 1930’s recipe, using milk from a small herd of just 12 dairy shorthorn cows. Each batch requires 3 days’ worth of milk, making Lowfields one of our smallest producers.

Ingredients: unpasteurised cow’s milk, salt, animal rennet, starter cultures.
