Cheese Making Lesson

Spend a day delving into the world of cheese making with our on-site former cheese maker, Oli. With only 8 people in the class, we build dates around everyone’s availability. We have found that this works well for everyone.
You will be taught to make 3 different cheeses (ricotta, halloumi and a fresh cheese) followed by a delicious lunch including a local cheeseboard with accompaniments and a choice of a refreshing alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink.
You also get to take home all cheeses that you make on the day.
